Products carry a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

All returns must be returned in a "sellable" condition in order to receive a refund. Opened consumable products or damaged products cannot be refunded. DFI is not responsible for refunding the shipping costs to either originally send or to return products. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Items received after the 30-day money-back guarantee are NON-refundable. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee is calculated on the cost of the product(s) only.

Please check your shipment immediately upon arrival and call 877-731-7500 to report any problem with your shipment. You must return the item along with your proof of purchase prior to replacement or refund. We will replace the item free of charge or refund the purchase price and shipping cost to you in full for defective items or if we ship you the wrong item.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address. We will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or results of an incorrect email address and/or mailing address provided by you to us. The customer is responsible for providing correct mailing information.

All purchases are final.

The DFI refund policy for each retreat is included with the registration form. Submission of a registration acknowledges your acceptance of the terms and cancellation policies stated here in their entirety.

Please complete the registration form and submit a $500 non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. We will be contacting you within 1 to 2 business days in order to finalize your registration, and to pass on more specific information regarding the training.

Final payment is due on or before 60 days prior to workshop. Cancellations within 30 days of the seminar will be charged 50% of the seminar price minus the $500 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 30 days prior to program receive a credit for up to one year for another program (minus the $500 deposit). No refund or credit for: cancellations with less than 30 days notice, late arrivals, early departures, or missing any of the program for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel any program with 7 days notice if registration is insufficient. If we cancel a full refund will be given.
